I am in network with BCBS and UHC. I can run an insurance check for those with BCBS or UHC, but it is always best to go to your carrier directly for the most accurate cost estimate. For those with other insurance plans, I am happy to provide a detailed bill for services for you to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.
